What raw materials are used to make the strapping we use?
Usually use bottle flakes material and PET crushed material to make the PET strap. both two are for recycled material.
We can depend on the tension, use way, to adjust rate of material to make the PET strap.
So how many tension can make between bottle flakes material and PET crushed material?
For example: 16mm width, 0.8mm thickness.
Tension make by bottle flakes material can make: 450-480kgf
Tension make by PET crushed material can make: 310-350kgf
Bottle flakes have a higher tensile strength than crushed materials, but the price is also higher. You can choose the one that suits you best.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4) How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order,the production handling time is about 45-60 days.
We need 15 days to prepare all the stuff then 30 days for manufacturing.
